What does Recruitment involve?
This is a diverse, exciting, full-desk recruitment role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will use a variety of recruitment methods to expand upon our extensive client base including; networking events, business development, marketing and building off of existing relationships.
You will use targeted recruitment methods to source niche talent with specific skill sets including; networking, advertising, obtaining referrals alongside the use of social media.
You will act as an ambassador to prestigious client companies and as an advisor to both candidate and client.
You will become a specialist within your niche market focus and build relationships with some of the most important people in the field.
You will manage the entire recruitment process on both sides of the cycle from the initial generating of the job all the way through to closing the deal and following up with both parties after the placement.
