What is the role of a Recruitment Consultant?
Recruitment Consultancy is a fast-paced role revolving around sales.
This is a largely phone based role enabling our consultants to work on a global basis.
Our consultants use a variety of recruitment methods to expand our extensive client base including; networking events, business development, marketing, and building off of existing relationships.
Our consultants use targeted recruitment methods to source niche talent with specific skills for our clients.
Our consultants focus on a 360 model and manage the entire recruitment process on both sides of the recruitment cycle from generating the vacancy to closing the deal and making a placement. Not to forget, following up with both parties after the placement to make sure all needs were met.

A base salary + uncapped commission (10-50%) = OTE $75-120k in the first year!
