The Life Sciences industry does not experience the same peaks and troughs that many other industries are constrained by, offering a robust platform. There is always going to be a need for medicine and we are currently entering a ‘golden age’ with the industry beginning to mix technology and scientific practice together.
Our newest office in Chicago is looking for ambitious, smart, and personable individuals to join their EPM team to help them outdo, outperform, and exceed their competition. The company has been listed as a Top 4 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firm in America for the past two years (Staffing Industry Analysts 2015 & 2016) with a compound annual growth rate of 76.6% between 2011- 2015, faster than thousands of other recruitment firms in the country. We’re now looking to build on our fantastic platform by increasing US headcount from 170 – 400 over the next two years. The Sales Consultant Role:
This is a diverse, fast-paced, exciting 360 sales consultant role that allows our recruiters to work directly with both senior decision makers at companies that range from Start-up to Fortune 10s and Executive-Level talent in their industry.
You will be responsible for understanding the needs of your clients in terms of Executive-Level talent, in order to find them the most qualified candidates for the position they are looking to fill. The candidates, which you will place, have the opportunity to help shape the future of some of the most prestigious companies the world has to offer.
You'll use a variety of methods such as networking, headhunting, advertising, various forms of social media, alongside maintaining relationships with quality Executive-Level candidates to sell new opportunities.
With support and extra learning, you will become a specialist in your chosen field and a partner-of-choice for your clients and candidates.
