Salary: Competitive
Phaidon International is a global staffing and consulting group with 6 micro-specialist recruitment brands. We help outside organizations identify, attract, and secure the best talent for their requirements across 4 verticals: Financial Services, Professional Services, STEM, and Infrastructure.

Since our establishment in 2004, Phaidon has seen an annual growth rate of over 30% year on year. Our business rationale has always been to anticipate and then serve industry sectors which depend on and value rare talent. 12 years later and we have replicated the same model across offices in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Phaidon US alone has grown exponentially in the last 4 years, growing from 7 people to 150+ across 4 offices: New York City, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago. We have achieved this by hiring motivated people, providing mentorship/on-going training, and creating a fun environment.

Our aim is to outdo, outperform, and outlast the competition, which is why we’re looking for smart, determined, go-getters to join the team at Entry Level to support our planned growth.

About the advert poster: “Hello to potential applicants. My name is Inci and I am a Senior Internal Recruiter at Phaidon International. I joined the company 2 years ago as the 38th person in the NYC office. Since then the company has literally exploded in size and during my first year I was given the opportunity to take over the hiring for our San Francisco office as well as our Life Sciences brand (EPM Scientific). Being able to directly impact the growth of a business irrelevant of the fact that I didn’t have recruitment experience before has been an awesome opportunity! If you are interested in a company that will offer you unlimited growth potential irrelevant of your background or age, apply.”
